Took our van in to have the transmission diagnosed but unfortunately between the time we dropped it off and they were going to pull it in to check, the fuel pump went out. So, sadly the only thing we can rate them on is drop off. Which was excellent. The woman who did the intake was professional yet easy going. Knowledgeable and friendly. They do free transmission diagnostics but NOT for anything else that may happen while there. Tip: finding the place can be difficult- turn in the road that runs right next to pizza hit and continue past Napa to the very end. They are in the left.

Worst experience of my life! Cost me about $6,000 and my clutch is still stuck as it was when i initially took it in! First I had to deal with Chris, until him and Shawn fell out- next i had to deal with Megan who was a liar! I called all day to find out the status of my car and she had caller ID so she was screening my call because when i showed up i told her id bee9n calling all day and she said she was having problems with the phone- 3 minutes into my visit, the phone rings and it was Shawn the owner- phone down? I told him my issue- back to square 1- they tried ti double charge me twice for 1 part! Initialy taken in on 4-15-22 charged me $1771 in labor$ 1329 parts! 6-05-22 Stuck again, told them to fix it and im not giving them anymore money! On july 2 2022, clutch pedal got stuck again charged me $220 labor $189 for part id jhst paid for which didnt work + thats two tow fees $125 apiece! 8-26-22 foot pedal stuck again! Another $125 tow fee! 7 TIMES I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK! GUESS WHERE IT IS NOW? IN MY DRIVEWAY WITH THE CLUTCH STUCK! OWNER SHAWN HUNG UP ON ME LIKE A B! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! THEY DIDNT REPLACE MY UNDERSKIRT, BROKE MY BATTERY HOLDER! JUST A TERRIBLE

I had tried my hand at swapping my SI's clutch but had to abandon due to complications with the bell-housing and I put it all back together. About 7 miles down the road my car lets out a clunk. Every gear's a neutral. Called up A-Team and they sent a wrecker out to pick my car up the same day. Once they had a lift available they took a look at my car and identified the driver's side axle hadn't been seated properly. They cleaned out the transmission, installed the clutch-kit I was trying to install from the start, put it back together and slid the new axle into place after waiting for it to arrive. Labor came out to be about the same as if I'd have taken it to the shop to begin with. A lovely bit of grace. The crew and especially the managers are great and humorous guys who'll stop at nothing to ensure a properly done job with the highest customer satisfaction. Only pieces they "missed" were more-so my problem, such as the engine shield which is a PITA to get on and off (Probably for the best that I put it back on as I know how to work around its finickiness). The other oddity was a clunk that I knew was the driver's side tie-rod joint, as I'd forgotten to put the pin back in whe
